自己重下一次，沒問題。估計是你下載除了問題，或者解壓軟件有問題？我用ＷＩＮＲＡＲ５．３測試，沒錯誤。

安裝很簡單，

　　　　　　　Unrar and install the app.　解壓，安裝
                        Choose any licensing type while installing.　不要選擇ＵＳＢ　證書，其他都可
                        Only note, USB lic options works unstable
                        from OS to OS. The reason is not identified.
                        Copy patched files to the folder:　替換ＦＮＦ１１１．ＤＬＬ
                        {Program Files (x86)}Common Files\SimSci\Licensing10\
Start lmtools.exe and under Start/Stop/Reread tab press ReRead / Stop / Start Server buttons
  Open Server Status tab and press Perform Status Enquiry button. If everything is ok you will see lots of lines saying "Total of 999 license issued..."啟動lmtools.exe，　在Ｓｔａｒｔ／Ｒｅｒｅａｄ，點擊Ｓｔｏｐ／ｓｔａｒｔ。
如果有錯，重啟計算機。
