石油天然氣工業—管道輸送系統—管道閥門
1 范圍
本國際標準為適用于石油天然氣工業領域管道系統且滿足ISO 13623《石油天然氣工業 管
道輸送系統》要求的球閥、止回閥、閘閥和旋塞閥規定了設計、制造、試驗和文件記錄等方面的
要求,并提出了建議。
本國際標準不適用于另一項國際標準(ISO 14723)所涉及的海底管道閥門。
本國際標準不適用于額定壓力值超過PN 420(2500 磅級)的閥門。
2 符合性
2.1 測量單位
本國際標準數據采用SI 國際單位制和USC 美國慣用的單位制表示。對于特殊規定項目,除
另有說明外,只能采用一種單位體系,不能和其他系統相結合表示。
對于用SI 國際單位制表示的數據,十進位的分隔用逗號,千進位的分隔用空格。對于USC
美國慣用單位制表示的數據,十進位的分隔用一個圓點,千進位的分隔用逗號。
2.2 圓整
確定符合特殊要求,符合ISO 31-0:1992 附錄B,A 條 圓整方法,測量值或計算值應圓整到
右邊用極限值表示的最小整數的數值。本標準另有規定除外。
2.3 符合標準
應用的質量體系應符合本標準的要求。
注:ISO/TS 29001 給出了在運行中的質量管理體系的部分特殊控制。
制造商應對符合本標準所有適用的技術要求負責。為了確保運行的質量體系符合本標準,制
造商應允許用戶進行任何必要的走訪調查,杜絕任何重大的不符合項。

3 規范性引用文件
下列文件對于本文件的應用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,僅注日期的版本適用于
本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改單、勘誤表和維修機構記錄)
